- EMS Business -
Providing total solutions from development to production
We propose manufacturing and production systems based on the needs of our customers.
The scope of our services includes planning, design, material procurement, assembly, and logistics, and we build a framework for total solutions by combining the strengths of our various partner companies.
Our service area is not only in Japan but also in East Asia and Southeast Asia.
We handle a wide range of materials, including sheet metal parts, synthetic resin molded parts, machined parts, synthetic resin board processed parts, woodworking parts, printing parts, harnesses and cables, electronic parts, circuit boards, LCD monitors, screws, and clamps.
In addition to VE/VA proposals for product specifications, we also propose frameworks for production systems that take into account a variety of perspectives, including the balance between quality and cost of the final product, concept, target audience, and delivery destination.
- Planning and design -
Based on our understanding of the customer's situation, and utilizing our many years of experience, we propose new materials, new manufacturing methods, products that will be accepted in the market, and new business schemes that will be beneficial to the customer.
In addition, we will design the proposed product and materialize it.
We can also design products that you have planned and contribute to reducing your man-hours.
- Parts procurement and assembly -
Production is carried out at suppliers in Japan and overseas in response to customer requests.
We select the most suitable production site based on cost, quantity, quality, and logistic efficiency, and propose VE and VA proposals for cost reduction, efficient production, and yield improvement to optimize the specifications provided by the customer.
Also, for general purchased products, we will investigate overseas products that are less expensive.
During the assembly process, we are stationed at the customer's site to perform production and quality control, so that the customer can trust us with their products, especially overseas.
- ODM production -
We introduce our products to our customers and support them in selling them under their own brands by changing the specifications.
It is difficult to sell inexpensive overseas products in Japan as they are in terms of specifications and quality, but by discussing the specifications and quality requirements of the customer with overseas manufacturers and reflecting them in the product, it is possible to commercialize the product at a low development cost.
